We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PR & External Communications Specialist who will help us build a strong and consistent employer brand and external communication across digital channels. In this role, you will transform complex or formal information into clear, engaging, and meaningful content for the tech community and potential candidates.

You will work closely with the team to implement a prepared communication strategy, create high-quality content, and strengthen the company’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, DOU, and industry media. This role requires both independence in execution and close collaboration with the manager and internal experts.

What you’ll be doing
  • Strategy & Planning:

    • Co-develop and implement the HR brand communication strategy across digital channels (LinkedIn, DOU, and industry media);

    • Execute the prepared communication plan and contribute ideas for improving engagement and visibility.

  • LinkedIn Management:

    • Launch and manage the company’s LinkedIn page from scratch;

    • Create and maintain a content plan (storytelling, company updates, events);

    • Write and publish posts, monitor engagement, and moderate comments.

  • Tech PR & Media Relations:

    • Collaborate with technical experts to prepare articles for DOU and other industry platforms;

    • Support technical copywriting and simplify complex topics for a broader audience;

    • Communicate with editors and manage relationships with media platforms.

  • DOU Management:

    • Maintain and regularly update the company’s profile on DOU;

    • Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback.

  • Content Creation:

    • Create various types of content: social media posts, job descriptions, corporate stories, and media articles;

    • Ensure consistency of the company’s Tone of Voice across all communication channels;

    • Prepare briefs and tasks for designers to create visual materials that support communication initiatives.

  • Analytics:

    • Track key performance metrics such as Reach, Engagement Rate, and Inbound Interest;

    • Analyze the effectiveness of communication activities in attracting talent;

    • Optimize content formats and communication approaches based on data.

You have these superpowers
  • 2+ years of experience in Employer Branding, PR, Communications, or Copywriting;

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content;

  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics and present them in a way that is easy to understand for a broader audience;

  • Understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and how content performs on the platform;

  • Understanding the specifics of IT communities and audiences, including their interests, communication style, and engagement preferences;

  • Experience working with digital content and social media channels;

  • English level Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher;

  • Proactive mindset, able to independently suggest topics, initiatives, and identify interesting stories within the company;

  • Creativity, ability to find engaging approaches to presenting content;

  • Responsibility and strong time management skills, with the ability to organize work independently and consistently meet deadlines;

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with technical experts, extracting insights from them, and building relationships with media editors.
