What you’ll be doing

• Organize and manage all stages of the project development lifecycle;

• Break down and prioritize tasks, prepare technical documentation and implementation plans (roadmaps);

• Plan work scope to meet project objectives and deadlines;

• Analyze and improve team processes and metrics to boost productivity and delivery quality;

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure transparency, and align expectations;

• Conduct business analysis and identify optimal solutions to meet specific business needs;

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies;

• Solve problems as they arise and develop actionable plans for resolution.

You have these superpowers

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry;

• Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies;

• Proven track record of leading projects from initiation to successful delivery;

• Experience in scope assessment and prioritization;

• Ability to manage requirements, risks, and change requests;

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;

• Understanding of software development life cycles and requirement lifecycles;

• Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence or other task tracking tools;

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.

• Experience in the position of Business Analyst will be a plus.
