We are currently looking for a strong Senior Frontend Engineer to help develop and scale one of the key components of our platform — Backoffice.

Backoffice is a complex admin panel with multiple business-critical modules, including analytics, payments, logging, gamification, and more. It is part of a large-scale, high-load microservices platform that powers multiple products across the ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced Senior specialist who not only writes high-quality code but is also motivated to grow into a Frontend Tech Lead role and eventually take ownership of the entire FE direction for Backoffice — driving architecture, engineering standards, and technical decisions across the frontend domain.

Growth Path: Future Frontend Tech Lead

In the long term, we expect this role to evolve into ownership of the entire Frontend direction of Backoffice.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Wants to become the owner of the FE domain

  • Is eager to define architecture and engineering standards, not just deliver tasks

  • Can influence technical direction and raise the engineering bar

Previous Tech Lead experience or mentoring experience will be a strong advantage.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and maintain a large-scale web application using React

  • Implement new interfaces and refactor existing frontend modules

  • Own frontend architecture and drive technical decision-making

  • Establish and maintain coding standards, engineering patterns, and code review culture

  • Provide mentorship, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership within the FE team

  • Collaborate with Product on shaping technical requirements

  • Work closely with UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Backend Engineers (PHP/Go), and QA

  • Partner closely with the Backend Tech Lead to ensure scalable system design

You have these superpowers
  • 4+ years of commercial experience with React

  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

  • Strong hands-on experience with our frontend stack: React 19, React Router 7, Apollo Client + GraphQL (codegen), MUI, react-hook-form + Zod, Vite

  • Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Strong understanding of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility

  • Solid understanding of browser internals and experience with various Web APIs

  • Confident use of browser DevTools

  • Ability to write clean, readable, maintainable code

  • Strong understanding of modern web application architecture and trade-offs between different approaches

  • Deep knowledge of common React design patterns and best practices
